Next to 5th and Main, work has begun on a 4-story apartment complex called Stacks on Main. The first available units are supposed to be ready by this fall.
Work is coming along at the new Family Wash location at 626 Main. Upstairs is the new home to several businesses that have relocated, like web development firm Sprclldr.
East Nashville Cooperative Ministry has sold their building at 807 Main and is planning a move into a more suitable space in the neighborhood.
